This website is operated by Unthank Farm.

We provide online booking for touring caravan and motorhome pitches at our sites.

By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been paid and a confirmation has been issued.
• The person making the booking must be 18 years or over.
• Bookings are for touring caravans and motorhomes only, unless agreed in advance.

Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your pitch.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
• If the balance is not paid by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
• Prices shown are per pitch per night and include the facilities listed on the website.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations must be made via the built-in booking system on our website.
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the pitch and covers administration costs.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will not be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or failure to arrive (no-shows), will result in no refund of any monies paid.

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival and departure times must be adhered to as outlined on the website or in your booking confirmation.
• Early arrivals or late departures may not be accommodated.

Site Rules

• Guests must comply with all site rules during their stay.
• Quiet hours must be respected to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
• No refunds will be given in such circumstances.

Use of Facilities

• All facilities are used at guests’ own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

Vehicles & Property

• All vehicles, caravans, and equipment are left on site at the owner’s risk.
• We accept no liability for damage caused by weather conditions, other guests, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

• We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence and where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Website Use

• The content on this website is provided for general information only and may be updated at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that it will be free from errors.

Privacy

• Personal information provided during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your data is used solely for booking administration and communication purposes.
